Biography
Mr. Jonathan P. Graham, also known as Jon, has been a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Amgen Inc. since July 13, 2015. Mr. Graham served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Danaher Corp since June 2, 2006. He served as Vice President of Litigation and Legal Policy of General Electric Company from October 4, 2004 to June 2006. He joined GE from Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington D.C., where he was the Partner and his practice has focused on commercial litigation, international disputes and criminal defense matters. He joined Williams & Connolly in 1988 and litigated matters across many different areas from constitutional law and intellectual property to administrative law and securities law. He has been a Director of Tektronix, Inc since November 15, 2007 and Nobel Biocare Holding AG since December 15, 2014. He serves as a Director of Beckman Coulter Inc. He clerked for Judge Joseph Sneed of the United States Court of Appeals in San Francisco. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Law Review at University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Graham is a graduate of Pitzer College and the University of Texas School of Law.
