Biography

Mr Aleksander BaryÅ› graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (program: Finance and Accounting) and was granted the degree of Master of Economics. He was also a student of the University of Mannheim (Germany). He has been a CFA charterholder and a member of CFA Society Poland since 2008. From 2003 to 2008, he was employed with the PKN ORLEN Capital Group (Financial Controller in Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. and Deputy Director for Unipetrol in PKN ORLEN S.A.). From 2009 to 2016 he was employed with the CIECH Group as a: Director of the Financial and Accounting Division in CIECH S.A. (2009-2014), President of Management Boards of companies in the CIECH Soda Deutschland Group (2014-2016), Group Management Office Director in CIECH S.A. (2016) and Member of Supervisory Boards of CIECH Group companies. Mr Aleksander BaryÅ› is not engaged in any activity competitive with Boryszew S.A. and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the National Court Register Act. He does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil or personal partnership or as a member of a limited company’s body nor does he participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of the entity’s body.
