Cezary Pyszkowski

Biography

"Mr. Cezary Pyszkowski holds a master's degree in Economics at the University of Szczecin and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at the West Pomeranian School of Business in Szczecin, and at the Academy of Management and Banking at the Bocconi University in Milan. His experience covers a wide range of investment banking activities. From 2008 to 2014 he was employed by UniCredit CAIB Poland SA at various managerial roles and in 2012 he was appointed Managing Director, Corporate & Investment Banking. Prior to that he worked at the CDM Pekao Securities (1997 – 2005) and at the Brokerage House of Pomorski Bank Kredytowy (1995 – 1997). Mr. Cezary Pyszkowski’s experience covers in particular areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisition, restructuring and capital rising, including both public and private structures. Furthermore his experience covers corporate governance issues. Mr. Cezary Pyszkowski neither carry competitive activity in relation to Boryszew S.A. nor is entered in the insolvent debtor registry. Mr. Cezary Pyszkowski neither is in competitive company as partners of civil partnership, partnership or as member of the capital partnership nor is in other competitive body."
