Biography
Mr JarosÅ‚aw Michniuk graduated in Plastics Processing from the Mechanical Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology and was granted the degree of Master of Science in Engineering. From 1982 to 1984, he was employed with Polskie Nagrania as a Process Engineer. From 1985 to 1989 he worked at the Institute of Electron Technology as a Researcher and Process Engineer. From 1988 to 1989 he was employed with ZakÅ‚ady Elektroniczne UkÅ‚adów Specjalizowanych in ToruÅ„ as a Chief Technologist. In the 1990s he worked as a Technical Sales Consultant for Plaskon, a Rohn and Haas Group company in Central and Eastern Europe. In 1991 he started his twenty-year career in BASF and climbed the ladder from Sales Representative to Product Manager to Director and Member of the Management Board of BASF Poland responsible for the sale of BASF and Basell plastics in Poland. 2001-2004, BASF, Regional Sales Director for Styrene Plastics - Central and Eastern Europe; 2004- 2008, BASF, Marketing Director - Europe (Germany), then: acting Group Vice President in North America (Mexico); 2008-2011, BASF, Senior Vice President for Styrene Plastics – Europe, Africa and Middle East. July 2011 – August 2016 – President of the Management Board of Selena FM SA, parent company in the Selena Group, a global manufacturer of construction chemicals seated in WrocÅ‚aw. Mr JarosÅ‚aw Michniuk is not engaged in any activity competitive with Boryszew S.A. and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the National Court Register Act. He does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil or personal partnership or as a member of a limited company’s body nor does he participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of the entity’s body.
