Biography
Mr. Arkadiusz Krezel has been Independent Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. since 2015. Prior to that, he was Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company from June 20, 2012. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company since June 6, 2006. He was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Impexmetal SA in June 5, 2006. In his career he has been Chairman of the Management Board of Agencja Rozwoju Przemyslu SA, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Centrala Zaopatrzenia Hutnictwa SA, and Member of the Supervisory Board of PLIVA Krakow Zaklady Farmaceutyczne SA. He graduated with a Master of Engineering from of Politechnika Slaska in 1978.
