"Bénédicte Ciscato-Lanoizelée is a Group HR Director of the Can-Pack Group. She is in charge of setting up and implementing the HR strategy for the Group at global level, and supporting the business in Europe, South America, Asia and Middle East. A Belgian native, Ms. Ciscato-Lanoizelée has more than 20 years of Human Resouces expertise in the Packaging, Retail, and Energy sectors with international exposure. During her career she served in senior HR roles for firms such as Match, Dalkia and lately she was with Bemis for seven years as the HR Director Europe. Experienced HR Executive with a broad international exposure on the different continents.
