Biography

"Piotr Augustyniak has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of CIECH S.A. since July 2014. Education Graduate of the Institute of English Studies and the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. Professional experience At present, Piotr Augustyniak conducts business activities in the field of financial consultancy. In 1994-2011, he worked for Enterprise Investors (EI) as an analyst, investment director and vice-president. In 2006-2011, he co-operated with EI as partner. In that period, he was responsible for the monitoring and participated in 40 transactions related to EI companies — sale of control blocks of stocks in the private market (Bauma, Agros Nova, Opoczno), entrance of companies to the WSE (at present: Asseco Poland, PEP, Opoczno, Teta, Sfinks, AB, Magellan). Piotr Augustyniak also performed financial restructuring of the Slovak logistics company STD Donivo (he was responsible for the preparation of and supervision over the restructuring plan involving negotiation with a group of banks financing the company). In June-December 2001, he served as President of the Management Board of Energoaparatura S.A. In 1993-1994, he was project manager and then head of a privatisation team in the Ministry of Privatisation. In 1992-1993, he was employed as a financial officer's assistant in a privatisation foundation connected with the Ministry of Privatisation. In 1991-1992, he worked as a translator for the New York Times (Warsaw)."
