Biography
Dr Bartlomiej Zon is a general surgery specialist with many years of experience. In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Military Medical Academy in Lodz, receiving the title of medical doctor. Three years later, at the Department of General, Oncologic and Vascular Surgery of WIM CSK MON in Warsaw, he began to specialize in general surgery under the supervision of Dr Maciej Koselaka; and in 2009, he received a second degree of specialisation in this field. Dr Zon got experience at renowned medical institutions in Warsaw. Since 2005, he has been working at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Burn Treatment of WIM CSK MON in Warsaw, where he currently serves as an assistant and specializes in plastic surgery under the guidance of Dr Wojciech Witkowski. Since 2006, he has also been working with the renowned Dr Jerzy M. Checinski Plastic Surgery Clinic in Warsaw, where he serves as Assistant to Dr Jerzy Checinski. Since 2009, he has been working with Damian Medical Centre in Warsaw. He is a member of numerous prestigious Polish and international scientific societies, including the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery; the Polish Wound Management Association; the International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (IPRAS); and the European Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (ESPRAS).
Research Interest
Dr Bartlomiej Zon does general surgery consults and procedures, mainly hand surgery. He treats carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, and ganglion. He also performs aesthetic medicine procedures, including medical peels, eliminates wrinkles, and revitalizes the skin by injecting hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin.
