Biography
Jarrod Pontius is the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Convergys Corporation. He has responsibility for the legal organization as well as security & business continuity, information security, compliance, human resources, compensation & benefits, and communications & branding. He also serves as the company's Corporate Secretary. Jarrod joined Convergys in September 2012 as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the company. He moved to his current role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in July 2015. Prior to joining Convergys, Jarrod gained significant experience in corporate legal matters and in-house counsel, having served as a Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Kendle International Inc. He also served as Assistant General Counsel at General Cable Corporation and began his legal career in the business/corporate department at Frost Brown Todd LLC. He also has significant leadership experience relating to corporate governance, SEC reporting, compliance and corporate development.
