Mr. Markus Walter Sieger

Biography

Mr. Markus Walter Sieger has been President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at Polpharma S.A. since June 1, 2016. Mr. Sieger has been a Managing Partner of Fincoord since 1998. He is actively involved in negotiating and structuring international joint-ventures for Fincoord's clients thus coordinating entrepreneurial, financial, fiscal and legal issues. He is engaged in various new projects helping start-up companies by guiding them strategically. He participates in the Management Boards of numerous entities in France, Poland and Netherlands. He has established and developed iscoord Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Polpharma S.A. until October 5, 2015. He served as an Associate Manager of Fincoord from 1994 to 1999. Before joining Fincoord in 1994, he served as the Manager for Information Systems and Planning & Development for the Swiss operations of Zurich Financial Services. He started his career in 1981 with Zurich Insurance Group, where he specialized in the field of information systems (IS) leading several organizational and IS projects. He serves as a Representative of Takirra Investment Corp. He has been a Director of CTD Holdings Inc. since February 2014 and has been its Lead Director since September 2015. He serves as a Non Executive Board Member of ITI Holdings S.A. He serves as a Director of BSP Pharmaceuticals S.r.l. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board at Zaklady Tluszczowe Kruszwica SA, Onet.pl SA. and Polfa Warszawa S.A. He holds several supervisory board seats in Switzerland, Poland and Holland with FFC Fincoord Holding Ltd., iscoord ltd., ITI Holdings S.A., Luxembourg and various other companies. He served as Member of Supervisory Board of Polpharma S.A. until June 1, 2016. He served as a Non-Executive Board Member of International Trading and Investments Holdings S.A. He served as a Director of Central European Distribution Corp. (Alternate Name: Roust Corporation) from August 17, 2005 to June 5, 2013 and Chemical WKS Of Richter Gedeon Plc. He served as a Director of Richter Gedeon Vegyészeti Gyár Nyilvánosan Muködo Rt. Mr. Sieger holds a Degree in Economics from the Economic Faculty of Applied Sciences for Business and Administration in Zurich.
