Biography
Ewa Affek therapist skills improve at the 4-year Cognitive Behavioral Adult Cognitive School at CTPB at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Center. I graduated from the School of Trainers "Metrum" recommended by the Polish Psychological Association and the 3rd edition of the E-Help School in the INTRO Association.
Research Interest
Ewa Affek conduct psychological counseling and individual psychotherapy of adults. Ewa Affek works with those who experience difficulties in everyday life, suffer from various disorders (mood, anxiety, adaptation). Ewa Affek work with people who have problems with relationships, anxiety or anxiety, as well as people with experience of violence or trauma. She help those who have low self-esteem, trouble expressing emotions and their needs.
