Biography
Francesco.C had vast industrial experience, Currently he was working as marketing and communications director with a background in professional services and publishing across a range of industry sectors. Experience covers internal and external communications, marketing communications, direct and digital marketing, customer satisfaction programmes, CRM, sponsorship, rebranding and business integration, from strategy to management and implementation. Industry sector experience includes government, pharmaceuticals, energy, water, environment and related disciplines, with experience of working internationally and across matrixed organisations. In addition to my mother tongue, English, I am a modern languages graduate competent in French and Italian. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (FIDM) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR).
