Biography
Mr. Jacek Motyka serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Instal Krakow Spolka Akcyjna. He is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. He holds Master of Engineering degree from Politechnika Krakowska. He completed postgraduate studies in Management at Wyzsza Szkola Biznesu. From 1978 to 2010 he held various positions at the Company. Since 2011 he has served at CMN HART Sp. J as Director of Sales and since 2014 he has held the same position at El-decor.
