Biography
Mr. Rafal Rajtar has been Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at Instal Krakow Spolka Akcyjna since 2001. Prior to this, he served as Proxy and Chief Financial Officer at the Company from 2000 to 2001. Between 1998 and 2000 at Bank Przemyslowo – Handlowy SA he served as Specialist and Chief Specialist. In 1998 he served as Deputy Chief of the Economic and Legal Department. From 1994 to 1998 at Dom Maklerski Penetrator SA he served as Head of Information Service, Deputy Chief of the Division of Issue. He graduated from Akademia Gorniczo-Hutnicza w Krakowie with Master of Engineering degree and completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie.
