"David B. Yoffie has been a director of Intel since 1989. He is currently co-chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board. He has been a professor at the Harvard Business School since 1981. He is also a director of the National Bureau of Economic Research, HTC Corporation, TiVo Inc. and Financial Engines Inc."
