Biography

Founder and head of the Department of Pharmacoeconomics, Marketing and Pharmaceutical Law at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology , Head of the Department of Pharmacoeconomics at Warsaw Medical University and Member of the Board of the Polish Pharmacoeconomical Society. Head of international research project "Quality Assurance in Health Care - InterQuality". In the years 1998-2000 member of the Political Cabinet Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance prof. dr hab. Leszek Balcerowicz. Author of many recognized publications in the fields of drug policy, pharmacoeconomics, marketing, pharmaceutical industry and international technology transfer.
