Biography
Krzysztof Zwierzycki had twenty-three years of experience in retail sales management performed in dispersed trade network.he developed it in strong brand name companies – leaders in their industries like food service, convenience/FMCG and fuel sales. During the first six years after graduation He cgained my management experience in an idividual entity - Pizza Hut & KFC (2 in 1 restaurant) following modern quality standards. Then, for ten years he was responsible for sales development and operations of several entities within a chain. For more than four years,He had been the leader of large sales teams divided into areas (regions). My contribution to creating company’s sales policy is significant. Moreover, He was responsible for sales and high value costs budgets. I am experienced in both boosting sales and optimizing costs of retail business activity. He was strongly customer-oriented and therefore want to increase sales mainly by providing high-quality service, satisfying standards and spreading this idea to my co-workers.
