Biography

Dr. Karl-Ludwig Kley serves as the Industrial Partner for healthcare and Pharma at Rantum Capital Management GmbH. Dr. Kley serves as the Chairman of the Executive Board of Merck (Pty) Ltd. He served as the Head of the Pharmaceutical Division at the Italian subsidiary of Bayer until 1997. Dr. Kley worked with Bayer AG until 1998. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft until August 31, 2006 and served as its Member of the Executive Board from 1998 to August 31, 2006. Dr. Kley served as a Member of Executive Board at LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG. He serves the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at 1. FC Köln GmbH & Co. KGaA.
