Kamila Pancakes is a Psychologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, soft psychological trainer. Psychology at the School of Social Psychology in Warsaw, Pedagogical study at the School of Social Psychology in Warsaw, During the Four-Year School of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center in Warsaw, Coach Certificate of the Business Coaching School of the TROP Academy in Warsaw.
Research Interest
Kamila Pancakes works with people experiencing difficulties in their daily lives, suffering from various mental and somatic disorders. She deals with short- and long-term psychotherapy for people with disabilities such as: self-esteem and lack of self-confidence, excessive stress, coping with change, difficulties in adapting, difficulties in expressing their feelings and needs, problems in relationships with others, at work, relationship, family, crisis situations, such as mourning, depression, depression, anxiety disorders (anxiety, phobia, panic attacks), obsessive-compulsive disorder and hypochondria.
