Biography
Mr. Marcin Dukaczewski has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. since December 3, 2013. Prior to that, he was Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company. He was appointed Member of the Company's Supervisory Board on September 9, 2010. He is Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. He has been Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Prokom Investments SA, Member of the Supervisory Board in Bioton SA, Polnord SA, Silurian Sp. z o.o., Biolek Sp. z o.o. and Gdynski Klub Koszykowki Arka SA. He has also acted as Member of the Board of Directors of several companies from Bioton SA’s group. In addition, he has served as Member of the Management Board of Ryszard Krauze Foundation and PZT Prokom Sp. z o.o. He studied International Affairs at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences of Uniwersytet Warszawski.
