Biography
she completed her biological studies at the Jagiellonian University and then defended her doctorate in biochemistry at the Department of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology, Jagiellonian University. After the defense of her doctorate, she held a two-year postdoctoral training in the group of dr. Dr. Noya at the Weizmann Institute in Israel. she is currently conducting research on obtaining so- artificial proteins, active in redox reactions, and their use in the construction of quantum dot biosensors. her interests also include electron transport in photosynthetic reactions. In 2010, she became a laureate of the prestigious Homing PLUS program financed by the Polish Science Foundation.
