Tomasz Trojanowski, Member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences, qualified from the Medical Faculty of the University Medical School in Lublin. Neurosurgeon, Head and Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery and Paediatric Neurosurgery, best in Poland in three consecutive rankings of Newsweek. Member of the University Senate. Elected Deputy Dean and Prorector of the Medical University. A State Consultant in Neurosurgery and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Minister of Health. President of the Lublin Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences, elected Chairman of the Neuroscience Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
