Biography
He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of GdaÅ„sk in 2003. Subsequently, in 2006, he completed postgraduate studies in Staff Management Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. He has been involved with Polpharma since 1990 — first as a pupil of the Company-run “Polfa” School and later as an employee in the Environmental Protection Division. In 2000, he was employed in the HR Department. Since June 2004, as the Coordinator of the HR Department, he has been working on the implementation of the Act on the Company Social Benefit Fund and of agreements related with servicing the employees of ZakÅ‚ady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A. In 2013, he was elected the employee representative in the Management Board of ZakÅ‚ady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A.
Research Interest
Andrzej Dziuban has broad interests in the Biochemistry and Life Science. His research thus far has focused on Clinical & Medical Biochemistry, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology
