Murray Aitken holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland in New Zealand, and received an M.B.A. degree with distinction from Harvard University.He is QuintilesIMS Health senior vice president and executive director, QuintilesIMS Institute for Healthcare Informatics, which provides policy setters and decision makers in the global health sector with objective insights into healthcare dynamics. He assumed this role in January 2011.
Research Interest
Murray writes and speaks regularly on the challenges facing the healthcare industry. He is editor of HealthIQ, a publication focused on the value of information in advancing evidence-based healthcare, and also serves on the editorial advisory board of Pharmaceutical Executive.
