Susan Abedi

Biography

Susan Abedi has an MS from the Harvard School of Public Health and a BA in Chemistry from Smith College. She is a Senior Principal with QuintilesIMS where she focuses on supporting pharmaceutical companies define, communicate and optimize value. She has worked with QuintilesIMS for more than 12 years and sits within the Pricing and Market Access Center of Excellence. Within QI, Susan leads thought leadership efforts around the value debate.  

Research Interest

  Susan has deep US and global expertise in policy development, health systems engagement and innovative pricing models.She recently published “Defining Value: The Payer Perspective” in Pharmaceutical Executive - a thought piece that provides an overview of how pharmaceutical companies can leverage a broader understanding of stakeholders' differing definitions of value to support commercial engagement approaches.
