Biography
Susie Newton educational background includes a BSN from Wright State University, and a Master’s degree in Oncology Nursing from the University of South Florida. In addition, Susie is certified as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse as well as an Advanced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist. Prior to working in industry, Susie was an Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist at community and academic centers. She currently oversees all Oncology and specialty teams within the Health Management Solutions division of Quintiles. She’s has also been named to 2015-2016 ONS Board of Directors.
Research Interest
Susie has broad interests in oncology and nursing. She authored numerous professional articles, book chapters, and is currently working on her fifth nursing textbook. She is an internationally known speaker and thought leader within the Oncology Nursing community.
