Synthesis of 5 'mRNA (cap) end analogues and their use in biochemical and physicochemical studies on translation initiation, splicing, intracellular transport and mRNA stability in eukaryotic cells; Synthesis and biochemical research of nucleotide inhibitors of protein biosynthesis with potential therapeutic significance in cancer diseases; Synthesis of nucleotides capable of passing through cell membranes (including combinations with peptides penetrating the cell membrane, synthesis of pronucleotides) Synthesis of cap analogs that improve RNA properties for therapeutic and biotechnological applications Development and preparation of tools for testing the expression of genes in parasitic nematodes (including Ascaris suum , porcine worms)
