Biography
Anna Rudio is a Psychologist, psychotherapist. She is a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin im. John Paul II. She completed a four-year School of Psychotherapy at Intra Psychological Assistance and Education Center, recommended by the Polish Psychological Association. She has completed her postgraduate studies in Forensic Psychology at Warsaw University and Critical Intervention Study. Her professional experience has improved through her work in the uniformed services, mental health clinics and the Environmental Self-Help Center.
Research Interest
Anna Rudio conducts individual psychotherapy in an integrative approach, the axis of which is humanist-existential psychotherapy. She works with adults who experience anxiety, difficulty in dealing with people, experiencing life crises, depression, suffering from sadness, low self-esteem, experiencing difficulties in working, suffering from painful childhood experiences.
