Biography
Fran Soistman is Executive Vice President of Aetna and President of Government Services. Fran is a member of the Executive Committee, the senior governing body of the Company and reports to both the President and CEO of the company. He is responsible for driving growth and innovation in the company’s Medicare, Medicaid, Consumer Marketplace and Federal Employees Health Benefits Program businesses. The Government Services businesses account for nearly 60 percent of Aetna’s total revenue.
