Biography
Rodrigo Andrade e Castro initiated his professional career in 1989 as a structures projector in AFA - Consultores de Engenharia, Lda. Where he initially combined that role with the technical coordination of the petrol stations construction. Between 1999 and 2005 he ensured the overall management of technical and human resources of the Company, adjusting each team to the specific objectives of each project and the planning and overall strategy defined by the Administration. Currently he is the Production Director, having as its pricipal responsibility planning, profitability and organization of teams of different specialties.
