Biography
Mário's mission is to lead innovation and develop our strategy for new and existing market and solutions trends. Mário has a strong background in the industry, and over 20 years’ experience in the Software industry, with Altitude Software, and with a special focus on Consultancy, CRM and Contact Center; successfully delivering demanding and complex international Consultancy/CRM/Contact Center/Cloud/Business Process Optimization and Transformation projects worldwide. Previously held relevant roles in launching/revamping European, North American and Latin American’s Implementations Services/Project Practice operations and led the global transformation of Pre-Sales, Support Services, Professional Services, Managed Services, University & Knowledge Sharing and Cloud-based SaaS offerings.Mário Silva Pereira holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon and a Post Graduation in General Management by Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
