Rohan Haldea

Biography

Rohan Haldea is a Partner in the Tech & Telco team. Rohan joined Apax in 2007 and is based in the London office. He has both led and participated in a number of key deals including Grupo Engineering, EVRY, GlobalLogic, iGATE, Tivit S.A. and Orange Switzerland. Rohan has also been actively involved in portfolio work at NXP Semiconductors. Rohan serves as a Director on the Boards of EVRY and GlobalLogic. He also serves as co-CEO of the Apax Foundation. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Rohan was an Associate at Bain Capital in their North American private equity division in New York, where he specialised in evaluating and executing transactions in the Industrial, Distribution and Retail sectors. Prior to that, Rohan was a consultant at McKinsey and Co. in India. Rohan holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
