Biography
Gert Schnoor graduated in Chemical Engineering at DTU (Danmarks Tekniske Universitet) and has more than 29 years of experience in the food industry. He first worked for Danish companies like Rode & Rode, Sveda Kemi and Btb Biokemi, specialising in food ingredients. In 1995, he furthered his career with LCH A/S, a Danish company offering functional ingredients and own blends to the Danish food, health and pharmaceutical industries. At LCH he started off as Sales Director and, four years later, became Owner. After the acquisition of LCH by the Azelis Group, in June 2017, Gert took up the responsibility for the development of the Nordic and Baltic regions at Azelis.
