Prof. Simon Allsop

Biography

Simon has over 20 years’ experience in executive search, working in London, Sydney and Singapore where he currently resides. He has led successful start-ups in three countries, and currently manages Barrington James’ Board and Executive Partners division globally. Simon has managed executive search and board assignments in Life Sciences, Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology and the Education sector. Before joining Barrington James Simon helped to build Omera Partners over ten years into a global search firm delivering ‘C’ suite, board and executive assignments. In his last job at the company Simon ran the company’s operations in Asia. In the UK Simon was a Divisional Director at the QD Group, Europe’s leading legal search firm during the nineties. Simon’s first employer in the industry was the UK’s leading sales and marketing specialist where he enjoyed a successful four-year tenure.
