Biography
He holds a Biochemistry Degree from the University of Delft and a Ph.D. degree in Medicine from Amsterdam University. Kees completed his Management training at IMD, Lausanne, before becoming part-time professor in Neuro-immunology at Amsterdam Free University, where he earned an Emeritus status since through 2010.
