Pedro Miguel Gonçalves has a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, complemented by a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Distribution branch and also Lean Management Post - Graduation. Professionally, he has several years of experience in projects coordination in the automotive sector and books distribution as well, where he made team coordination, stocks and resources management, providers and customers permanent contact and also processes improvement, due application of Lean Manufacturing tools(5S,SMED,value stream mapping) and KAIZEN.
