"Charles Bancroft led the formation of Global Business Operations in 2016, bringing together six strategically aligned functions -- Business Development, Business Insights & Analytics, Global Finance, Global Procurement and Information Technology. These integrated functions bring a combination of bold, consultative expertise and operational excellence that drives and sustains business success.
