Biography
Robert Bertolini, age 55, brings to the Board significant experience in strategic and operational leadership both in and out of the finance function. Most recently, he was President and Chief Financial Officer of Bausch & Lomb, the global eye health company, where he played a key role in preparing the company for an initial public offering until its sale to Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Mr. Bertolini served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Schering-Plough Corporation, where he oversaw all key financial areas and played a key role in transforming operations and leading the acquisition of a significant business. Prior to joining Schering-Plough, Mr. Bertolini spent 20 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP,
