Biography

 Professional experience in Psychology, Recruitment, Training, Education and Career Management. she is  a firm believer that establishing trusting bonds with people, in different contexts, is the road to success, allowing her  to easily adapt to diverse work ethics, which eases the relationship within different peer groups.As a team leader, project manager and experienced trainer she  had been working with different people with diverse backgrounds from one-to-one setting to large groups, allowing me to develop key skills such as interpersonal relationship, communication, conflict management and leadership and inspiring me to continue working as a team player, focusing on people and solutions.  Responsible for managing recruiting companies acting as a partner and facilitator during recruitment processes from different activity sectors - Finance and Banking, Retail and Consumer Goods, Energy, Tecnhology, IT, Consulting and Non-governmental organizations - making use of my strong client orientation.
