Biography
Nazli Bhatia, Assistant Professor, holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Theory (Carnegie Mellon University, USA). Her main research areas are negotiation and morality. Within negotiations, she studies concessions and cross-cultural dispute resolution. Within morality, she studies ethical behavior at the workplace and perceptions of intergroup inequality.
