Biography
My research area is entomology and my interest is centered in the taxonomic, distributional and biogeographic study of several insect groups that occur in Portugal. I am also interested in the cataloguing of the Portuguese fauna, especially in the Parks and Reserves, in order to determine the most interesting areas in terms of Nature Conservation and to develop monitoring protocols and conservation strategies for their faunas.
