Biography
Paul Gross joined Clovis in January 2016 as our Sr. Vice President and General Counsel. From 2014–2016, Mr. Gross was the General Counsel of Datalogix, Inc. and, following the acquisition of Datalogix by Oracle Corporation in 2015, was a Director of Business Operations with Oracle. Mr. Gross brings 18 years of legal experience to Clovis, including as a partner in the corporate & securities practice of Cooley LLP, and as a founding partner of the law firm Gross Cutler Seiler Dupont LLC. Prior to his legal career, he was on active duty in the Navy from 1987–1994, serving in Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams and on a minesweeper. Mr. Gross holds a B.S. degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a J.D. from King Hall School of Law, University of California, Davis.
