Biography
Dr. Naughton is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Histogen, Inc. since June 2007, having been Vice Chairman of Advanced Tissue Sciences, Inc. (ATS) from March 2002 to October 2002, President from August 2000 to March 2002, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 2000 and Co-Founder and Director since inception in 1991. Dr. Naughton also served as Dean of the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University from August 2002 to June 2011. She is also a director of Cytori Therapeutics, Inc. Dr. Naughton has been a Director of C. R. Bard, Inc. since July 2004 and is a member of the Governance Committee, the Regulatory Compliance Committee, and the Science and Technology Committee.
