Biography
João Ferreira works as Senior Consultant in the Consulting division of Deloitte’s Lisbon Office. He has a master in Service Management Engineering by Oporto University and a degree in Computer and Telematics Engineering by Aveiro University. During the last 5 years worked in different Core Transformation projects in Portugal, Angola, Dubai and Denmark. Also worked for Sogrape Coporate Information Systems department, reporting directly to the Corporate IT Director, between May 2013 and February 2014. The main responsibilities were to provide guidance and support regarding Information Systems projects for all Sogrape Companies (Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia, Africa and New Zeland); advise the Board Members for all the IT topics and assist in the definition of the Corporate Information Systems Strategy; audit and control the procedures of the companies concerning IT and Data management; participate in the management and quality assurance of the IT projects of the Sogrape Group companies.
