Peter E. Gladitsch

Biography

 Peter E. Gladitsch is Chief Financial Officer of Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA). He joined FMCNA from UnitedHealth Group (UHG), where he most recently served as CFO of Optum Complex Care Management, a national provider organization serving the needs of Medicare special needs plans and Medicare-Medicaid dual demonstrations focused on members in skilled nursing facilities. Prior to that role, Peter served as CFO for UHG’s Northeast Region of Community & State, a Medicaid managed care organization. He has also held senior financial roles at Health Net of the Northeast and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, among other companies.   Peter’s record of achievement in the health care industry features a diverse background in both payor and provider organizations, including specific experience in those that manage health care services for special needs populations.   Peter is a CPA and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from St. John’s University.
