Biography
Steven F. Mayer is Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Private Equity, and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Cerberus Capital Management at Grifols. He received his AB, cum laude, from Princeton University and his JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.He is also the managing director of Cerberus California, LLC and predecessor entities since November 2002. Likewise, Mr. Mayer is a member of the boards of directors of BlueLinx Holdings, Inc., Starrus Holdings Limited, TransCentra Inc. and YP Holdings LLC.
