Nancy Bielinski

Biography

 Nancy Bielinski is a Human Resource Consultant with Health Care Development Services, Inc. Ms. Bielinski has a Bachelors Degree from Boston University. She has 15 years of human resources experience in a health care environment. Ms. Bielinski has been responsible for professional and technical level recruitment for a large teaching hospital in the suburban Chicago area. Nancy has created and facilitated management and associate level training courses and coordinated staff re-organization in departmental consolidation and restructuring. In her role as the Human Resources Manager for a clinical laboratory organization in the suburban Chicago area, Ms. Bielinski managed all human resource functions. Nancy restructured the compensation plan to be market driven and designed to decrease associate turnover. Ms. Bielinski managed the conversion of, and transition to, new benefits packages and was instrumental in upgrading the payroll system creating a more efficient and error free system. When a decision was made to close the laboratory Ms. Bielinski managed all human resources aspects of the closure. Ms. Bielinski has proven strength in driving process efficiencies, utilizing technology to its maximum benefit and generating savings with creative solutions.
