Biography
Mr. Roberto Rettani serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Syneresis s.r.l. Mr. Rettani has been an Adviser of CVC Capital Partners Limited since March, 2014. He served as Senior Advisor and practice leader at Value Partners. Mr. Rettani’s expertise in the chemical and pharmaceutical business is based on about 30 years of experience in executive positions of major Italian and foreign companies. Until July 2008, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bracco Imaging S.p.A.
