Biography
Irmgard Richter-Irschik successfully completed her studies in Business Adminstration with an emphasis on Human Resource Management, Austrian- & European Labour and Employment Law. She gained working experience in the fields of tax, business consulting and legal advice as well as in the training and occupational field. In the year 2012 and in order to further deepen her knowledge in human resources, Ms Richer-Irschik decided to join the ISG-Group as a Senior Consultant in their Viennese office. Within the ISG Group, Ms Richer-Irschik has been focusing mainly on the health care and medical devices sector as well as on the general industry sector in Austria. Beside of serving her various company clients, she is actively working as a career-coach and is supporting candidates who are looking for new career opportunities.
