Biography

Renate Stefanowski joined ISG at the begin of 2006. Before starting her professional career in HR Consulting, she gained extensive working experience within the chemical, pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Renate Stefanowski studied business consultancy and specialised in personnel management & marketing. Thus her educational and professional background enables her to carry out search and selection projects, including direct search in a most efficient and beneficial way. Working in market research, marketing, export, regulatory affairs and quality management she is well acquainted with company processes and familiar with requirements for qualified personnel. She has sucessfully been filling both, technical and commercial positions, for clients operating in engineering & construction, pharma and medical devices.
